Individual Coaching

You see it. You feel it. That subtle or profound sense that something needs to shift.

Perhaps you're stuck or burned out. Dissatisfied with what IS, but unsure about what's next, much less how to get there. You're yearning for more, or different, or both. You've lost sight of your magic, your beauty, your wonder and you are ready to find them again. There's a part of you that has been on pause and you are ready to hit play. Whatever the case, it feels important to make a move. Now. To take a step. You were made for more and you are ready to claim it.

Maybe that next step has already presented itself. You've just graduated (hooray!!), you earned the promotion (you knew you would!), your kids have reached the age where you have a level of independence and freedom you haven't had in a while. The deal has been signed, the business started, the papers filed. You've said yes. The stage for change is already set and you find yourself behind the curtain waiting for it to open.

There are so many feelings here. So much to explore within and around you. There are so many questions: How will it go? What will I do? Who will I BE? But one thing is clear. You want to take the stage with intentionality, with courage, with heart - on purpose and with purpose.

The Power of Coaching... Life's small shifts and big moments have the power to change things in your world. Navigating these moments with the support of a coach can bring perspective, accountability, courage, and insight to your life in a unique way. As your coach, my hope is to support you as you wrestle with life's questions and choices. To help you see yourself for who you REALLY are and embrace it to the fullest. Whether you're a leader hoping to grow professionally and personally, or you are just someone navigating life's complexities, I provide a supportive and transformative space, free from judgment, and full of curiosity and hope. My goal is for you to take meaningful steps toward the life you desire.

My Coaching Approach... In our coaching sessions, I follow a client-centered approach based on the Co-Active Coaching model and social work principles, meeting you where you are at each session and seeing you as the whole, amazing, beautiful human that you are. Together, we'll establish intended outcomes and use each session to work toward those goals. We'll explore your values and any inner resources you want to draw on during our work together. Speaking of values, click on the link below to receive our FREE Values Discovery Guide! Clarifying your values can help you make decisions that align with what's most important to you.

What We Might Explore... The topic for each coaching session is yours to set. Many of my clients bring current situations or experiences that keep them up at night or are impacting their daily lives. These might include: Navigating relationship challenges, finding your way through change, integrating work and life, leadership development, improving self-esteem and self-worth, increasing communication and distress tolerance skills, resolving conflicts, making decisions, and achieving goals. Through deep listening, powerful questioning, and proven coaching techniques, my hope is that you gain clarity, overcome obstacles - even those that you create for yourself - and take actionable steps toward your desired life.

How Does All of This Work?... Building a coaching relationship can take time. I ask clients to commit to a minimum of six coaching sessions to make progress on one or two key goals. For individuals working on longer-term or complex goals more sessions may be desired. Sessions take place via Zoom or Google Meets (your preference). Our initial session is typically 90 minutes to create space for us to co-create the relationship we desire and to create a general roadmap for our journey. Ongoing sessions are 55 minutes, including a few moments at the end to schedule the next session. Whatever the cadence or commitment, the relationship will be co-created by us, just for us.
